Summary: As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality food that meets our brand standards. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining food production across various kitchen stations, including the preparation of meats, fish, poultry, sauces, stocks, and other menu items. This role requires consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently to ensure each dish is prepared to proper specifications and presented with care.

You will also help maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring all food safety and sanitation standards are followed. From preparation to plating, your work will directly contribute to the overall guest experience.

Qualifications:

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are important, along with the ability to work well in a team environment. A valid state Food Handler's card is required or must be obtained, and candidates should be available to work evening shifts. Must be able to Work Saturday and Sunday Evenings.
